The ACES Int'l Certified Damage Prevention Specialist™ Program is a valid and reliable ability measuring test instrument which certifies the competency of field Utility Locators in accordance with current Industry Standards and current Industry Best Practices. The combination of "hands on" skills testing (field testing) and written examinations of the ACES Int'l Certified Damage Prevention Specialist™ Program meet and exceed the annual training and testing requirements established by the Industry, Federal, State/Provincial and local authorities to ensure the qualifications of field Utility Locators. All Certification testing is conducted by qualified ACES Int'l Certified Damage Prevention Specialist™ Program Certification Administrators using non-vendor specific training and testing practices/procedures.
