Usage Limitations

Referencing and Adoption:  ACES Int'l encourages all Federal, State/Provincial and local regulatory agencies and other concerned parties to reference the following Competency Requirements for ACES Int'l Certifications into such laws, regulations, ordinances, executive or administrative orders or decrees or other binding instruments for the purpose of establishing minimum requirements for Certification Standards for each discipline.  All or any changes, additions or deletions to these Competency Requirements made by the referencing, adopting agency or authority must be documented and noted separately.  Any referencing, adopting agency or authority making such changes, additions or deletions to the following copyrighted document must notify ACES Int'l in advance and in writing prior to any such use.
